My own experiences of pain and hurt amid deep love and care have fueled my desire to help partners, parents, and children navigate similar experiences.
My therapeutic focus centers on exploring the complex patterns of interaction within relationships. I strive to recognize the unique essence of each individual amid the complex interplay of relationships and life experiences. My goal is to collaborate and empower you by delving into new perspectives, revealing strengths, and finding solutions that foster personal development and enhance relational dynamics. I am dedicated to applying my growing knowledge and skills to create a healing space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported on your journey. I will walk with you toward positive transformation and enhanced well-being. I am particularly enthusiastic about working with couples navigating relationship challenges in different life stages, providing tailored support for their unique circumstances.
I relocated from South Korea to the Pacific Northwest in pursuit of a degree in Biochemistry. Through volunteering as a small group leader in my college ministry I recognized my true calling and started my journey to become a marriage and family therapist. I am currently completing my Marriage and Family Therapy master’s degree at Seattle Pacific University. During my internship I will be supervised by Navigate Affiliate Dennis Eames, LMFT. Dennis is an approved supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a certified therapist and supervisor in Emotionally Focused Therapy.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I find joy in camping with my husband and dog, as well as engaging in creative arts such as crafting, weaving, and knitting. I also love playing and listening to music and watching Netflix on the weekends.
I provide counseling services in both Korean and English.
I offer both telehealth and in-person counseling appointments in Seattle and
