I am currently working towards my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University.

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families to overcome mental and emotional distress, and create lives rich with meaning and fulfilling relationships. I also enjoy working with college students and young adults as they navigate a period of life filled with transition and identity formation.

My primary goal as a therapist is to create a space for clients to feel supported, accepted, and safe. I deeply value the role of the therapeutic relationship, and strive to build a strengths-focused, person-centered foundation for our work.

I approach therapy from a systems perspective and find it crucial to take into account the many contexts in which you and your relationships reside, and the role these play in your life. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however our work together will be tailored to best fit your needs and goals.

I am currently working towards my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University. I am originally from California and attended Santa Clara University where I studied psychology. In my free time I enjoy being in nature, cooking, and connecting with friends and family.
