I work with children, adolescents, and adults both individually and in couples and families. I enjoy helping my clients as they overcome mental and emotional distress; navigate seasons of change and identity formation; and strive to create lives rich with meaning and fulfilling relationships. No matter what brings you to therapy, my priority is to create a space for you to feel supported, accepted, and safe. I deeply value the role of the therapeutic relationship, and strive to build a strengths-focused, person-centered foundation on which to help you find the change and relief you are seeking.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern currently working towards my Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University. I approach therapy from a systems perspective and find it crucial to take into account the many contexts in which you and your relationships reside, and the role these play in your life. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Theory; however our work together will be tailored to best fit your needs and goals.
