Come join us Memorial Day Weekend for an adventurous and rejuvenating couple’s retreat based on the Gottman’s Seven Principles Program! Unplug from day to day life and create lasting memories with your partner, as you learn sea kayaking and relationship skills in the idyllic San Juan Islands of the Pacific Northwest. This trip is designed for adventurous couples looking to explore and reconnect to your partner, self, and the natural environment. The retreat weaves together sea kayaking, and time for rest and exploration, with research-based relationship skills to strengthen your friendship, intimacy and ability to productively manage conflict as a couple. The skills you will learn as a couple are based on decades of research and data on relationship satisfaction by world-renowned relationship experts at The Gottman Institute.

Hannah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, who integrates her professional training as a therapist, with her background in wilderness guiding to offer unique retreats for individuals, couples, and groups.
