Seeking support can feel vulnerable, yet I believe it is the most courageous. Each day is an opportunity to move one step closer to where you want to be. If you struggle with relationship issues, family dilemmas or infidelity trauma, I offer you a place of compassion for discovering empowerment, healing, and growth. I enjoy working with couples who want to heal their relationship or are disconnected, and struggling with communication.  I have experience working with relationship intimacy – emotional connection, safety and interrelatedness.  I also enjoy working with families and helping them function/communicate better. Together we examine patterns/cycles of interaction and how change can come about with insight and understanding of each other in a deeper way. Learning to interact with new communication and intimacy sharing skills.

I believe there are times in our lives when we are confronted with challenges which may feel overwhelming. I enjoy working with adults, young adults and couples with the aim to help you better understand your values and goals for creating greater meaning in your relationships and in your life. My style is interactive, direct and respectful. My hope is to help you become empowered to make the choices, changes and growth you want. I believe an integrative approach that is rooted in trust and connection allows for that growth. I use a person-centered approach drawing from several different modalities but most importantly is matching the right modality to the client’s needs. It is my honor to be a part of your healing journey.
