Navigate has supported 30+ clinicians in launching, growing, and sustaining their ideal careers in providing mental health services. We have trained hundreds more clinicians through our nationally accredited Continuing Education program. With a foundational focus on building relationally caring professional community, we provide evidence-based, faith-integrated professional development to encourage the whole-person of the therapist. In addition, we have matched over 3,000 clients, and dozens of organizations to the life-giving services offered by our cohort of clinicians. Navigate has helped generate seven-figure annual revenue for the collective group of practitioners. Providing individualized support, and professional resources for the unique goals of each clinician, all are given the incredible opportunity to build their ideal – successful and meaningful – work-life balance.
In 2024, Navigate shifted its organizational focus to intentionally mentor and coach a broader range of leaders, including business owners and organizational leaders in various sectors, to help them achieve whole-life success. Navigate cares most about the people we serve, knowing that deeply attuned relational support is the greatest factor in overall well-being and professional fulfillment.
