I believe our emotional, physical, social, and spiritual identities make up our unique stories. Therapy can help us understand our stories and help us choose new ways of being that reflect our hopes and values. Change in any area and in any stage of life can be challenging, whether in relationship with yourself, relationship with others, or with your world. In the safety of an honoring and collaboratively held space, I welcome the opportunity to come alongside right where you are in your story and help find the best approach to support you and your goals.

I grew up in the Southeast and Midwest before moving West, first to Colorado, and finally to the Pacific Northwest where I delight in the natural beauty of mountains and water. I like to spend my personal time hiking, traveling, playing music, and sharing life with family and friends. As a graduate student at Seattle Pacific University, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist clinical intern under the supervision and license of Nolan Giesbers, MS, LMFT.

I offer availability during the daytime, evenings, and on weekends. I am currently seeing clients in Edmonds and via telehealth. I am also being supervised by Nolan Giesbers, who is one of our more seasoned clinicians in the practice. His bio can be found here: Nolan Giesbers.
