I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, families, professionals and organizations thrive in their relationships. This fundamental part of our existence leads to greater happiness, meaning, purpose, productivity and life satisfaction. When our families, teams and communities thrive, we can experience the fullness of life we were created for. Together we can make that happen.

Professionally, I hold a high value for the most evidence-based, proven methods for change. I am committed to connecting relationally with people with acceptance, empathy and a willingness to see the best, even as we work together to find ways for life to be better. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists), Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and EFT Supervisor in Training, as well as a Certified Gottman Educator. In addition to counseling and supervising mental health professionals, I provide professional consultation and coaching to business leaders, therapists and group practice owners. I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching at graduate and undergraduate universities, hosting seminars and speaking at various events to inspire people to love well and live their best life.

Personally, I delight in being a mom to 4 kids from elementary to college, and grieve the traumatic loss of our full-term son in heaven. In all we have faced together, I cherish the love, friendship, and ongoing learning and growth in my marriage to my college sweetheart. In service, I provide leadership and volunteer regularly in mentoring emerging adults and professionals, youth sports, faith-based, and social justice organizations.
