I became a family therapist to support people in overcoming life challenges and renewing their connectedness with family and community. Whether counseling individuals or couples, I help people gain different perspectives of the problems that bring them to therapy, following a bio-psycho-social-spiritual framework. My work with them towards change and growth is often guided by therapeutic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. 

Being trained in medical family therapy, I also support people in processing their emotional experience of coping with physical illnesses and navigating changes accommodated by individuals and the whole family. 

As a mother of a preschooler, it feels natural for me to help children change through playful engagement and meaningful encounters in therapy. I also help caregivers identify their parenting philosophy and integrate them into daily interactions with their children. 

In my personal time, I love cooking and gardening, watching animal films with my son, and playing board games with my husband.

Initial Intake Session 60 minutes-$180

Individual Therapy 50 minutes/90 minutes-$150/$255

Couples/Family Therapy 50 minutes/80 minutes-$150/$255
