Join us on Monday evenings at Navigate Family Therapy to learn how to apply powerful Cognitive Behavior Therapy tools in a group setting. Space is limited. Losing a child is one of the most traumatic things a parent can face, and there is unique pain in grieving late term pregnancy and early newborn loss. It is devastating and overwhelming to lose a life for which you hoped and prepared. If you have lost a baby at 20+ weeks gestation, or a newborn in the first days of life, you will find an understanding community to walk through this with you. Whether recent or many years ago, you are welcome. Grief is often a lifelong process of remembering and integrating a lost life into the life you still live.
Join Executive Director Heather Sund who experienced the unexpected loss of her full-term son in 2008 and has since worked with many families and individuals who have faced significant loss. Heather facilitates an highly caring and supportive experience where every grief journey is honored. You will find ways of healing and coping with this intense pain among a nurturing and an empathic support system.
