Join Rachel, an EFT and EMDR trained therapist, for a four-week group counseling experience focused on starting or enhancing a meditation practice.
We will learn about the proven benefits of meditation and learn different ways to practice meditation that can specifically help you in places where you feel stuck.
This group will start on Wednesday, April 8th and run through April 29th, meeting from 7-8 pm.

Anna H. Anderson, M.S., M.ED. LMFT, Clinician is offering a 5 week counseling group from 730 to 830pm on Monday nights starting on Monday, March 30th.
In this counseling group, we will discuss our fears, frustrations, and uncertainties around the COVID-19. We will learn strategies to help us deal with the challenges of this time. We will learn activities to help us deal with our anxiety and worry. Also, we will connect with other with adolescents who are anxious about the COVID-19 and want a safe place to feel known and understood.
Cost is for $50 per session for 5 sessions total. Group is limited to 7 participants who live in Washington state.

She has led several counseling groups in the past, including grief group, groups for students with drug and alcohol abuse in their family, friendship, social skills, anger management, and empowerment.
