Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Beginning this Fall our Founder (and Group Therapy adjunct professor) Heather Sund will be opening up three new Support Groups, allowing many more people to receive services together. At a time when loneliness and isolation still plague so many, group therapy provides a profound opportunity to grow alongside supportive others. The feelings of being known and motivated to live into a better life story increase exponentially in community.

  • Intentional Parenting – Based on the work of Dan Siegel, this group is for individuals or couples wanting to gain insights on their own childhood experiences in order to live intentionally into their parenting journey.
  • Self-Compassion Journey to Wholeness  – a learning and support group for individuals seeking to find more inner strength, peace, grace and self-care in an encouraging, relational environment. This work will impact how you function personally, professionally, in relationships with family, friends and most importantly within yourself.
  • Hold Me Tight by the Book – based on the seminar Heather Sund has led for many years, this will be an accessible way for couples to engage in the most research-proven ways of reconnecting, reconciling and working toward a lifelong secure and meaningful relationship. This is open to those who have either experienced the seminar and want a refresher or have yet to attend the seminar and are wanting to learn the foundations of these great relationship interventions.

Space will be limited. To join the waiting list for Fall, please indicate the group title in your email subject, a short description of why you are hoping to join the group and/or what you are hoping to gain, and send it here.
